Gerry Tuddenham – Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Gerry is the founder of and a major shareholder of CPT Global. He has more than 40 years experience in IT consulting and is a hands-on technologist with a reputation for delivering practical solutions. Gerry is widely known as a technical specialist in performance tuning, capacity planning and testing in IBM mainframes, with additional expertise in expert systems, transaction processors, middleware and database management systems. Gerry was the lead developer of the Expetune and Expetest utilities, which automate a number of intricate tuning and testing activities.
He has worked internationally in a broad range of industries, with a focus on financial services and telecommunications. Gerry is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Gerry is a member of the Finance and Audit Committee.
David J. Lynch – CEO, Australia & Asia
David is widely regarded as one of the leading CIO’s in the Asia Pacific region and joined CPT Global in April 2016, as CEO, Australia & Asia. Most recently, he led the digital transformation strategy and execution for DBS Bank in Hong Kong and Mainland China. David also established Hong Kong’s first dedicated fintech startup accelerator in 2015 in partnership with technology giants Amazon, Microsoft and Samsung. He is a passionate technologist, innovator and digital thought leader.
David lived and worked in Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong for 13 years prior to relocating to Australia. He has also completed work assignments across the globe in Africa, Middle East, North and South America.
David has previously held CIO roles in General Motors, Standard Chartered and DBS Bank. David is an advisory board member for Kasisto, a New York / Silicon Valley artificial intelligence startup. He is also an angel investor and has supported multiple university alliances and talent programs over the course of his career.
In 2010, David was the inaugural winner of the Australia China Alumni award for corporate achievement. In 2015, he was the winner of the Customer Experience in Financial Services (CXFS) award.
Kevin Akom – Chief Operating Officer
Kevin has over 30 years experience in the IT industry, 15 of which has been at CPT. With a background in technical consulting, Kevin brings a wealth of experience in Delivery, Sales and Operations Management.
He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2008 and currently also manages the Australian business.
He is a member of the Australian Computer Society and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
As Vice President of the Americas Luke manages teams in the USA, Canada, Brazil and Mexico. Luke moved from Melbourne Australia in 2004 and has been positioned in New York for the past 10 years.
Luke has had exposure to many aspects of the changing business during the past 9 years at CPT Global and as Vice President of the Americas is focused expanding the footprint in each region in line with growth expectations, as well as attracting and maintaining talent.
Luke started his career working for the then big five professional services firms and joined CPT Global 6 years later in 2005. Luke has over 15 years’ experience in the business world and brings with him a background in consulting, process, technology and management.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems and is a member of the Australian Computer Society and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Marty was appointed Global Practice Manager – Technical Services, in 2010.
Marty has over 30 years IT experience having worked within a number of major industry sectors including financial, telecommunications and government (state and federal), both nationally and internationally (Australia, North America and Europe).
Marty’s capabilities are a valuable blend of managerial, pre-sales and general consulting skills in capacity management, performance tuning/diagnosis and technical testing disciplines. Marty has performed roles including Business Manager, Project Manager, Engagement Lead and Technical Specialist and is also responsible for the ongoing development of CPT’s core technical capabilities and IP.
Catherine Lockstone was appointed Global Head of Delivery & Operations in 2015, having spent ten years with CPT Global as the Global Practice Manager for Testing Services.
Catherine has spent her time at CPT in a variety of executive and client-facing roles – from conducting test capability reviews to managing testing for large and complex programs. Catherine has worked across global regions and key industry sectors of Finance, Telecommunications, Government, Utilities and Insurance amongst others.
With over 20 years of IT experience, Catherine’s maintains delivery excellence as her continual focus. A passion for supporting women in the industry has seen Catherine become an active member of the VIC ICT for Women group, taking on a role as a mentor and volunteering for the Go Girl Go for IT Program encouraging secondary school students to consider careers in ICT.
