Senior Environment Managers - Melbourne

CPT Global is seeking Environment Managers, and Senior Environment Managers with experience engaging/managing clients, as well as stakeholder management; coupled with designing and planning test and development environments, data management and providing environment management leadership.

As an Environment Manager, you will need to engage with client onshore and offshore teams to define and manage development and test environment requirements, coordinate resources to support data management and environment builds and act as the primary contact point for any environment related issues and risks during the project lifecycle.

As a Senior Environment Manager you will need to manage clients, onshore and offshore delivery teams as well as senior stakeholders, while providing environment delivery and thought leadership to the IT delivery process. You will need to have a both technical expertise and excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage delivery mandates and associated hands-on environment technology, SLAs, Corporate processes, and Quality Assurance.

The following mix of technical skills and experience will be highly regarded:

  • Design of test and pre-production environments
  • Experience assessing environment and data impacts of changes
  • Development of change management processes
  • Ability to measure and document capability uplift
  • Environment and software configuration management
  • Estimation of environment build resource requirements, funding needs and estimates and commitments
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple internal and vendor teams to resolve environment issues


  • Minimum of 7+ years experience environment management;

CI/CD Engineers - Melbourne and Sydney

CPT Global is seeking Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery engineers with significant experience in building, prototyping and driving the adoption of software release pipelines.

As an CI/CD Engineer, you will need to design and implement software delivery pipelines that allow software changes to be built, tested and released at high velocity. You will engage with IT delivery stakeholders, including architects, developers, testers as well as environment and data teams to design and leverage enterprise patterns which facilitate software change, code builds and deployments, automated testing and QA, and transition between environments.

The following mix of technical skills and experience will be highly regarded:

  • Experience in defining and managing software release pipelines
  • Experience with common CI/CD and release automation toolsets
  • Ability to rapidly learn, adopt and drive new software technologies
  • Deep understanding of software configuration management and release automation
  • Ability to integrate and automate diverse technology toolsets
  • Experience with containerisation and containerisation technologies
  • Can-do, “start-up” attitude
  • Experience with Agile delivery and working in Agile teams
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering CI/CD capability uplift will be highly regarded
