Town Hall Meetings
An important part of ensuring staff are informed about CPT’s activities wherever they may be are our Town Hall meetings. Some are held ‘in person’ while others involve conference calls if attendees are spread across many centres. The meeting is chaired by our CEO or a senior manager and the forum prides an excellent yet relaxed opportunity for information dissemination, questions and discussions.
To ensure staff in our Practices remain connected and to help keep them informed about the latest developments in their professional domains, Practice Leaders organise forums or information sessions to bring their Practice staff together, typically bi-monthly, and usually in a relaxed environment towards the end of the day. Again this also provides a great opportunity for peer networking, team and relationship building.
Informal and fun events on a Friday around mid-year designed to get staff together to do something different after work. Past events have included trivia contests, gambling night, lawn bowls and recently, a visit to ACMI. There is always a celebratory drink involved.
The CPT Christmas party is a much anticipated event with exceptional food and great venues. CPT employees are invited, along with their partners, to recognise their dedication and valuable contributions to the success of the company over the year as well as to celebrate the festive season. These take place in various centres around the world.
